The North Face Superlight Sleeping Bag is an all-season, mountaineering down bag, rated to 0 degrees. The Superlight gives you greater flexibility in planning off-season excursions into temperature zones that require greater attention to the elements. Two features make the Superlight a superior bag: (1) The 600 + goose down used in the construction of the bag provides a high warmth-to-weight ratio that results in a lightweight, yet comfortable bag - only 3 ½ lbs, and (2) North Face's Ripple Construction - a baffle design feature that distributes the down evenly throughout the bag to ensure uniform loft and insulation. The lining is Silken fabric - soft and breathable; the bottom shell is BottomLine taffeta which resists abrasion, and the top shell is Pertex Resist ripstop nylon. Other notable North Face features include a full-length draft tube, a no-snag zipper column, external pillow pocket, adjustable draft collar, and a head-level watch pocket. The Superlight is so dang cozy and warm you'll have a hard time getting the mattress off your back in the mornings. A nylon/mesh storage bag and a stuff sack are included.
