The North Face Snowshoe Sleeping Bag fights the cold with its unique Overlapping Shingle Construction that evenly distributes insulation, thus preventing cold spots where the layers of Polarguard insulation are stitched to the interior of the bag. The Snowshoe is an excellent 3-season bag with a temperature rating of 0 degrees. This provides a lot of flexibility for expedition camping well beyond the late fall, early winter season, when the temperatures can plummet to a 3-dog night level. Additional insulating features include a full-length draft tube (protects against heat loss through the zipper), and an adjustable draft collar, plus a flat cord for hood adjustments and a shockcord for chest adjustments. The interior of the bag is lined with a soft and breathable Silken lining, while the bottom exterior of the bag is BottomLine Taffeta, a rugged and durable abrasion resistant fabric. On a cold, cold night, the Snowshoe eliminates the need for extra dogs. Comes complete with a nylon/mesh storage bag and stuffsack.
