The North Face Goliath 3D Sleeping Bag is for the big, big man or for the regular sized individual who just feels too confined in standard sized mummy bag. A standard, long sleeping bag, one rated for 0 degrees, such as TNF Snowshoe is 90" long compared to 95" for the Goliath. Likewise, the shoulder circumference is 64" and 68" respectively. Maximum user height for the Goliath is 6'8". At less money and just over 1.5 lbs more than TNF Snowshoe, if you're an extra large homo sapien needing extra room and comfort in a cold weather sleeping bag, the Goliath is definitely your bag. Overlapping Shingle Construction evenly distributes the Polorguard 3D insulation, and eliminates cold spots by covering the machine stitching that adheres the insulation to the fabric lining. A full-length draft tube prevents heat loss through the zipper, and color-coded pull cords and tabs make bag adjustments a cinch. A nylon/mesh storage bag and stuff sack are included. If by chance you're related to homo sapien neandertalensis, you may not even need a sleeping bag.
