The North Face Orion sleeping bag is a super lightweight bag made with a super warm synthetic insulation known as PrimaLoft. Renowned for its softness, warmth and compressibility, PrimaLoft can go head-to-head with goose down, with the added benefit that it still provides substantial warmth even when wet. Today's fast moving athletes use lighter weight packs, tents and sleeping bags, which is precisely the category the Orion falls in. At less than 2.5 lbs, the Orion compresses extremely well, making it the perfect bag for fast-paced expeditions where speed and lightness are paramount. To reduce weight the Orion has only a 2/3 length zipper and heat transfer logos that save embroidery thread weight. A vaulted footbox, draft and face comfort tubes, along with a fitted hood, and a soft supple lining make the North Face Orion an excellent choice in the world of synthetic sleeping bags. Storage bag and stuff sack included.
