Lightweight and durable, the Plasma 30 weights a mere 2 lbs 2 oz. Couple this with a 2 lb tent, a 2 lb sleeping bag, a jacket, change of clothes, nutritional bars and water, and you’re good to go for a week. The strength and support of the pack is derived from the E-VAP Airmesh backpanel that provides increased airflow and circulation to reduce moisture buildup, meaning you won't be hot and sweaty when you arrive in camp. As with all North Face packs, it's the useful features that make the difference, like extra mesh pockets with x-bungee closure, a rain cover, an internal organizer, and reflective hits.
