Rated by Climbing Magazine as one of the best, low cost, lightweight, high quality ropes, the Edelweiss Laser 9.6mm climbing rope is ideally suited for hard sport routes and long hikes, where weight and smooth handling are prime considerations. It's the supple feel of the rope in the hands of the climber, it's relatively low cost and durability that has attracted so many climbers to the outstand merits of the Laser ARC. Every Laser is treated with two chemical coatings - Perdur and EveryDry. In tests, Perdur has shown to increase the rope's abrasion resistance by 33%, while EveryDry reduces water absorption in the sheath fibers by up to 50%. Advance Rope Control - ARC, lets the both the belayer and climber know when the mid-point of the rope has been played out. Available in both 60 and 70 meter lengths.
