Big Agnes' Zirkel is a compact, lightweight mummy style sleeping bag designed for those who travel lite across the landscape. A finely crafted, goose down bag, rated at 20º F, the Zirkel is an excellent choice for 3 season camping. At only 2 lbs, the Zirkel compresses to the size of a football and utilizes Big Agnes' unique sleeping pad, sleep system. Because goose down and synthetic fibers on the bottom of a sleeping bag compress and loose much of their insulating power, Big Agnes developed a system that eliminates this insulation and replaces it with a sleeve that can receive a solid foam core, or self-inflating sleeping pad. This combination sleeping bag/sleeping pad system has the advantages of producing lighter weight bags, superior insulation under the body where it's needed most, and a sleeping pad that never develops legs during the night and wanders off. A draft tube insulates the zipper, while a no-draft yoke slips around the neck to keep cold air from creeping in. As a final touch to an outstanding bag, the Zirkel comes with a built-in pillow pocket that will hold your fleece in place all night. The Zirkel is designed to be used with a Big Agnes 20" wide, Two Track mummy sleeping pad. Cotton storage sack and nylon stuff sack included.
