The Adventure Medical Sam Splint is a thin sheet of aluminum covered by closed-cell foam to form a protective unit around sprains and fractures. Actually, it can be used to splint any part of the body. By bending it into simple curves, the splint becomes exceptionally strong and supportive of the injured body part. Lightweight and compact, the splint can be shaped with ordinary scissors, twisted and molded to the right configuration, and reused over and over. Packet comes complete with an illustrated User's Guide and CD with videos clips, giving up-close and personal instruction on the use of the splint. It is the splint of choice for EMS personnel, Military Medics, Ski Patrols, and outdoor guides of all types.
