The GSI Hard Anodized Double Boiler is the perfect two pot set up for the solo adventurer or minimalist traveling with a single burner stove. After preparing one food item in the 16 oz. cup/bowl, continue to cook it or keep it warm by placing it on top of the 1.25-quart pot that is now cooking the main entrée. With a hard anodized coating, the aluminum vessels distributes the heat more efficiently, resulting in faster cooking time, and less fuel consumption. Anodizing also hardens the surface making the pot and bowl abrasive and scratch resistance, and simple to clean up - just rinse and wipe off with a cloth. Lightweight and compact, the GSI double boiler is sized to hold a 220g fuel canister, or a 110g canister and compact stove. The pot nests inside the cup, the lid will fit either, and everything stores neatly in the mesh storage bag.
